Minister Peer Learning Groups
One of the best ways to support churches is to support and equip pastors. What better way to learn than from one’s peers?
Funded through a grant by the Lilly Foundation, peer learning groups provide a nurturing camaraderie for ministers in which they can pray, share and learn together in a low pressure and accepting environment.
There are currently two groups in Louisiana. In the northern sector of the state a group is facilitated by Dr. Mike Anderson who can be reached at

These groups are open to pastors and ministers old and young, experienced and fresh out of the seminary. It is the Fellowship’s commitment to shepherd the shepherds.
